Shainey is an experienced Senior Casualty Claims Analyst with over 30 years of extensive experience in Residential and Automobile claims. She possesses a broad understanding of the Personal Injury stream that may find a claimant entitled to nominal compensation to those that have been deemed catastrophic.

Because of her involvement in the claims process, she has a clear understanding of mediation procedures. Ms. Himal offers the benefit to both Plaintiffs and Defendants in that her experience allows her to mediate the case as a neutral yet with the experience of assessing the case from both perspectives.

Shainey has developed an approach in her mediation practice to offer whichever “style” the parties wish: Facilitative or Evaluative or a combination of both.

You will find that her diverse experience as a claims analyst and extensive training as a mediator, is of great assistance in helping all parties come to a fair and satisfactory outcome.  She is always focused on working diligently to get the claim resolved.
